cant gift to me the certificates from premium shop. in last event i gift me certs. now cant please fix it is really annoy whe change things without even warning

Certificates was always about 'use to receive' N-amount of diamonds,or what do you mean?

I think he/she/ze (idk really these gender pronouns are confusing me, there are 312 of them) meant stuff like background gift, pet gift etc. since those are on sale. (Background is being sold for 10 diamonds but background gift is 50% off rn) so probably tried to do something like that and it didn't work.

But if it's really the certificates, then i don't know.

I think Totok forgot to spend his monthly 10,000 euros on the game so he's getting punished. Come on buddy, open up your wallet again and you will get whatever you want....just ask nicely the admins, they will accomodate you, I'm sure.
