Tempering beyond +8 is no fun ...unless

Tempering +8 becomes a gamble..with bad odds.

I found this recipe in elt cube which would make tempering a lot less frustrating:

Anybody got a clue how to make this mega super Mo Datkhar???

So the follow up question is :
Where to obtain the perfect Mo Datkhar to produce the legendary super mega ultra Mo Datkhar supreme deluxe???
Is it avalaible in game already? Never seen it o.O
Im sure Im not the only one who migth be grateful for this info
