Admin, please help me to regain my valor. It really really not my fault. The program hang and freeze..this happened few time already and its not my fault at all..i dint quit the Battlefield..cc.

I was in the middle of a fight in human x..and suddenly it happened to me. Please i beg you to gimme back my valor..its only 3k but really very important in my pursue of valor.

This was the party that involved in that fight..i see that lady virago also facing the same problem but decebal still manage to stay in that cc..i dont know why but if u have to check it out please ask them. I was stalling good and yet this happened to us. I really think u can give me and lady virago our valor back or..it might makes us feel so frustrated coz its clearly not our pc or internet faulty. Lady virago and decebal are human and me mag..but i think since it affect me and lady virago, it will be fair to re award us our valor back..thanks you very much. I am waiting eagerly for your corrective action..please and thanks in advance.
As you point out yourself, this glitch was not on any of our servers, otherwise no player would have stayed in the battlefield. Furthermore no such event was recorded in our server logs. As I have already stated this morning in another post here in the GM Forum, we are sorry, but we will not refund any damaged item or lost valor. Please understand, that the internet is a complex set up of several thousand machines transferring the data. Any loss of data outside our servers is beyond our control.
