hw mage update

was wondering if this new update will let hw mage stun more than once like it used to be or is it just a better chance to stun once now?

Stunning in a row would be just broken, so I'd assume more frequent stuns will be the case here.

stunning in a row is still better than dealing 400 dmg then getting critted from a dodger for more

Pretty sure they only changing lv16+ HW and not touching lv11-15 HW cause that right now is actually on par with every other set imo

Then think about this: Getting stunned in a row and being dealt crit damaged one after another because the enemy has a red hw set. It's not worth it.
