problem with new reputation

i drop this http://www.warofdragons.com/artifact_inf…ct_id=577807676 but dont see chance for deliver Vaslav this object

is bug?

No bug, i asked the same thign yesterday, you have to finish the Path of the Ranger quest ( find 5 bags with amulets one) then you should get the option after
