Dear admins,

I have just cleared the whole DH for the 10th time. I got acievements from all the bosses except the Phantom Corpse? You can clearly see this in my info. Each time I have done the DH I have done all bosses, so should have all achievements?

Please rectify this issue and add the achievement to my score.
