My civil partner and other on this multi account, can't get signed on. She was off for a long time, got a new pc and went to log on and of course the new pc didn't have all the info so she tried to get a new password but her old e-mail account won't work for her now for some reason. Her handle for the game is Mystic Fyre and she thinks her e-mail was either xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Her new account which is working is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
If you can help her it would be greatly appreciated.
