Injury error.

Recieved a level 10 injury 1 day 15 hours from net billet:

12:44 You have sustained a Body injury. Note the time of injury.

Doing Grave Yard light event i recieved another injury from a phantom:

17:41 You have sustained a Thighs injury. << allmost 5 hours later.

No record in log of thigh injury being healed by anyone but my level 10 injury increased?
and is now at 1 day 18 hours? how is this possible?
