Hello, I have a suggestion for improving the battlegrounds system in the game.
As most players know, repeatedly canceling a battleground match results in a warning, followed by a "Shame Seal," which leads to a one-week ban from the respective battleground. At first glance, this seems like a good idea, as it helps maintain the flow of the game. However, there's a significant issue for players who are participating in events or working on achievements that require battlegrounds. If not many players from the opposing team sign up, it can turn into a frustrating waiting game, especially at levels 3-4.
I recently received a "Shame Seal" multiple times in a week because I was waiting for hours in the queue and sometimes had to step away from the computer. You might suggest "just sign out if you need to do something," but that's part of the problem. Since battlegrounds work with a waiting queue, if you log off, you get pushed to the back of the line. Over the past few days, I've noticed players waiting in the Arena for an extended period, but the Magmaren are hardly moving. How ridiculous is it that five players from the human side are standing in line for an Arena match? It's Arena, not the Crystal Cavern.
My suggestion is this: Instead of a one-week ban, it should be limited to three days. Alternatively, players could have the option to pay with in-game gold to remove the ban and continue participating. This way, players can return to the Arena with a positive mindset. Given that Magmaren are rare at these levels anyway, there should be more incentive to encourage activity on both sides and make the battlegrounds more enjoyable overall.
