Weapons dodger BC HW

Hello,


Could someone explain me why did the purple lvl 7 axe got boosted so hard to become as strong as a red lvl 7 as soon as it is +1 and the weapons from dodger and heavyweight did not receive any stat increase ? Is this an error ??
