Dragon Offering - Shouldn't the Magic Purple Inks be return?

Hi Admin,

If the Great Dragon has withheld his favor, shouldn't the offerings be returned?
If not, where are the inks?

Even if the Dragon doesn't give you his favor, your items will be kept.
